This course provides participants with life changing insights into their most important relationships – both at work and in other parts of their life.

So much of the way we experience work and life – and the people in them – are from an orientation that is problem-focused, anxiety-based and reactive in nature. “3 Vital Questions: Applying the Power of TED* to Work and Life” will help participants recognize the relationship drama such an orientation fosters and perpetuates, along with the costs and energy-draining realities of this way of being.

Thankfully, there is more to the story and an alternative! Drawing on the frameworks contained in my best-selling book, The Power of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic) I will share an alternative – or what I call the antidote – to drama. Blessed with an important personal insight over 25 years ago, and honed with over a decade of speaking, training and facilitating, the time has come to offer this proven alternative through this e-learning course.

Participants will learn how to make the shift to an outcome-oriented, passion-powered and creative orientation to work and life that opens the way for relationships that are empowering, resourceful, resilient and innovative – both professionally and personally.
